Company history

2004 year


IT Assist Labs was founded in early 2004 as an exclusive Research & Development center of ID Solutions, Inc., US company focused on development, integration and delivery of biometric identification solutions. The backbone of the team was build of a group of IT professionals having more than 9 years experience in building complex distributed software systems, servers and client-server software including biometric technology solutions.



2006 year


IT Assist Labs being R&D department of ID Solutions, Inc. has successfully implemented and deployed integration software to process 6 million voters in Zambia which was to hold democratic elections to determine the legislative and executive branches of government.
IT Assist Labs achieves Microsoft Certified Partner status.



2007 year


In late 2007 IT Assist Labs and ID Solutions, Inc. have changed the contractual terms and IT Assist Labs became an independent offshore development company. ID Solutions, Inc. remains the one of the most valuable clients and strategic partners of our company. IT Assist Labs act as R&D department of ID Solutions, Inc. on contractual basis.

IT Assist Labs achieves Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status.



2008 year


IT Assist Labs being R&D department of ID Solutions, Inc. has successfully implemented integration software to process 6 million voters in Malawi which was to hold popular democratic presidential elections.



2009 year


IT Assist Labs has significantly reengineered whole family of ID Solutions, Inc. products both to extend their functionality and to support the most recent versions of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems.

IT Assist Labs has proven skills and experience implementing software protection with Aladdin HASP SRM system.

IT Assist Labs has successfully implemented complex large-scale project for Aladdin, the world leading security software and hardware provider. Secret Disk Enterprise, is a corporate information security system for workstations and laptops with cental magagement. IT Assist Labs develops components of Secret Disk Management Server - central management server of the product.

IT Assist Labs achieves Aladdin Solution Partner status.



2010 year


IT Assist Labs take part in the development of the second version or Secret Disk Management Server for Aladdin Software Security R.D.

Few biometric projects were developed for Avalon Biometrics and ID Solutions, Inc.
ID Solutions

We established relationship with CROC company which is the leading Russian company in IT infrastructure creation. In the terms of this collaboration IT Assist Labs implements several private projects including management portal and custom application server.

2011 year


IT Assist Labs continues the development of custom informational system for Croc.

IT Assist Labs develops a new version of biometric search system for ID Solutions. It is implemented in Zambia to reprocess whole population of the country.





2012 year


IT Assist Labs designes and starts the long term development of large enterprise class information system fot Aladdin, works on next version of Secret Disk Management Server.
